I've got a single family home that is soon to be rehabbed and available for rent this June and am wondering about offering this one with a rent to own lease.

How successful is this strategy with you all and what are the pitfalls I should be looking out for?

we in IL are a bit different then others, so I'm going to call @Wendell De Guzman in this thread in the hope of you not knowing a lot about TTT (Tenants, Toilets, laTe night calls)
