Referrals or reviews for property managers in Winchester KY?

Know of any good ones that cover the area? We may be picking up a duplex in Winchester and may decide on having a PM handle it because of distance and area knowledge. The house was built in 1945, but in solid shape. Both sides currently occupied and will be empty when we close, which likely won't happen until some time in July.
