Good evening BP family I am a new rental property investors incurrent have two homes one being rented the other I live in. I want to branch out and buy more rental properties but I can't get funded under my name any more. I currently have an LLC and want to start getting them under there. But how can I get funded should I reach out to Banks? Hard Money? Or what. Where can I find more info to help me get this ball rolling.
