Looking to hang my RE Sales License at a Brokerage in NJ?

Hello all,

I currently have my NY sales license and will soon complete the test for my NJ sales license as well. I live in NJ and am looking to start up a Property Management company. Real Estate laws require a broker of record for one to manage other's property. Therefore I am looking for a brokerage that may be interested in such an arrangement.
