Management Companies

BP, I currently have my first property up for rent through a management company... The house was originally listed at its max rent price then reduced by $50 a few weeks later. It's been on the market for a little over a month and there has been a lot of interest. Historically the house is a great rental and after my renovations its all up-to-date.

My question is: How do I know I have the right management company? I've had a few applicants complain about the company not being friendly and their process being complicated. I want to listen to the complaints but at the same time I don't know if they are just upset because they don't qualify to rent the house. I realize getting the "right" tenant is better then getting "a" tenant, but I didn't expect it would take this long to get someone in the house.

Thanks all.
