Hello there i am buying a home in texas where the previous owner has given a 30 day notice to vacate since their contract was expired and 45 days later tenant is still there. I have been given a discounted rate so agreed to take over the eviction process. Can i do this or do i have to give 3 days or 30 days notice once i am the official owner. thanks
