Search for ex-tenant who owes money
I had a tenant that owned me money and is now absconding. I used the help of a skip tracer but the address turned out to be false. This has happened twice. I was filing a claim in the small claims court as I thought it would be easier. I am in MARYLAND. What do you suggest I do? Do you know of any attorney that can help?
