I have been hearing a lot of these terms in groups that I been going to just for the heck of it. I Heard one person saying they are wanting to buy commercial land but not residential. NOW, what makes land residential and what makes it commercial? One person told me it makes it commercial when there is a building on it lol. Any body got an answer? :type:
