Bat/Pest Removal in Worcester Area

For the first time in one of my rentals I have an issue with a bat.  The tenants have seen just one bat in the basement.  I had a pest control company come out an give me a quote of $1,200 for bat exclusion.  They say they cant tell me for sure if i have just one bat or if there are more bats.  I thought the quote seemed quite high so wanted to see if any Worcester area members could recommend any pest control companies or share any similar experience on bat removal/exclusion costs.
