Onsite manager wants to be paid monthly onto of not paying for lot rent (lives in his own 5th wheel) and utilities/cable. Is this normal?

BE ADVISED:  States have different regulations on this, but you become an employer and must meet all State Employment regs,  withholding, workman's comp.  Make sure you stay compliant!
