Best websites to advertise commercial rental units?

Hey everyone, I have been doing commercial property management privately for over five years now and I'm sure most of you will agree that finding and keeping a solid tenant is the biggest challenge, yet, is the most important objective on your list at all times.

I have sandwich signs posted near the main roads at all of my properties, and recently created banners to hang on windows. Aside from that I used to only advertise listings on craigslist as a few people told me that an MLS subscription isn't worth it for commercial rentals. I recently decided to join Loopnet's Premium membership to get my turnaround on empty spaces shorter. I also posted on some other websites like CIMLS, and a representative from CoStar group gave me a call and added my listings to CoStar's site (after I joined Loopnet)

I am yet to see any results after upgrading to Loopnet, but I was wondering if there was anything big that I'm missing. Basically: Craigslist, Loopnet, CoStar and signs/banners. Is there anything else that you guys use to get results?

I appreciate any insight.
