Fire damaged garage repair

I have a house (rental) in Columbus, Ohio, with a market value around $37,500. The garage was damaged in a fire. It is a detached garage. I attached photos and the estimate the adjuster gave. His estimate to repair was ~ $4,800. Does this seem correct? A contractor estimated $18,000. Somethings definitely off between the two estimates.

Thanks for your feedback.

Take your contractor's estimate to the insurance company and ask what's up. Might ask the insurance company to recommend a contractor as well. There needs to be a meeting of the minds before you sign off. Good luck.
