Best ways to find Rent-to-Own (RTO) buyers

hi BP members,

I am looking to sell my personal house via Rent to own route. I have looked up a few website which i can list my property on but what are the other ways to reach potential buyers.

Note: My NJ townhome is within a community and has very little foot traffic inside.

Appreciate any help.
