Is disability Ok to count on for income?

I've got 2 prospective tenants, both on disability. Both of their incomes are based solely on disability and add up to the exact amount needed to pass our minimum standards (3 times the monthly rent). Am I taking a huge risk if I rent to them? Could one of them easily lose disability benefits, or is it something pretty solid? Thanks in advance!

@Hunter Fitch Beyond the validity of the income, you want to think about city/county/state/federal laws & requirements that you might need to meet if you rent to these individuals.
