Tenant screening Co-Applicant has been evicted a year back. Main applicant on Section 8 for first time. Should I rent the place or no?

I have a property available for rent in Baltimore city. A prospective tentant's wife (co-Applicant) has been evicted last year. Applicant and Co-Applicant were not living together, when Co-applicant was evicted.

Main Applicant is on Section 8 program for the first time. Should I rent them my property?

Thanks

That's the oldest trick in the scumbag book of tricks. "I" haven't been evicted (although my husband, boyfriend, mother, sister, etc has). They put the lease in one person's name, get evicted, and next time put the lease in the next person's name. If one of them has been evicted - THEY'RE ALL LOW LIFE DEADBEAT SCUMBAGS!!!

Just say NO to scumbags?

Mike
