I have been learning and watching landlords for over a year now. I have one tenant now but i'm house hacking. With that being said I have 3 places I'm lookin at. I have apt with an agent on Friday to look at the places. my ? Is to you. Coming Friday is there anything I should ask the agent for. Thanks

I agree, about the money part, Have your money ready, know what your able to offer, so your money is in hand, get pre approved, have cash reserve,, so if your deal is pending on highest and best offer, Like they say CASH is KING  with no inspection contingencies, usually get the deal done..
