Tile Floors in duplex
I recently purchased a duplex that has tile floors. The floors are a bit dinged up, chipped here and there. I was thinking of covering the tile with a laminate or something.
So 2 questions, should I or should I not cover the tile? I'm looking for something durable but nice looking.. And if so, what flooring would you recommend?
This is a buy and hold property. Thanks for your suggestions.
