Property Management Broker legal question

Hello everyone,

First time poster. I have been reading for a while. I have a question I have read Florida law makes a property manager have a brokers licenses. If I create a property management company strictly to manage my properties does this apply? 

I do not think so, but appreciate anyone else's experience.
