Hi Everyone,

    I'm interested in buy and hold. I don't have much funds to  invest in north or central jersey. I'm thinking to invest in single, or  2 family homes( if available mostly in south more of single family type)  in south jersey for rental purpose. Since its not close to city or is it possible to have get tenants year around? Curious to know!
