Massachusetts Lawn/Snowplowing Question

Hello. I am new to Bigger Pockets and have been reading all the great information on here. I have been looking at Duplexes and Multifamily properties.  My question is how do people handle the cost of lawn mowing and snow plowing?  It seems like those costs could really hurt your cash flow. With a single family you can make that the responsibility of the renter, but not sure what you do in a duplex/multifamily environment.

Thanks

Another challenge in multifamilies is taking the trash out to the curb. I always put in lease and number barrels according to apartment but it always seems that one tenant does everyone's. If he goes on vacation the trash just seems to build up.
