Tenant Cloud for apps, fees, and rent
Does anyone else use tenant cloud for Applications, App fees, and rent? We just set it up and it is a little cumbersome for the application submission. We went with it because it only cost $9.00/ month to set up bank draft for rent. We will be using it for our property and two of my Dad's properties. Any recommendations for other low cost online solutions for property management, application submissions, rent payment?
