Dear Investor,

        I found a property in Franklin and seems nice and affordable price.. I would like to buy and rent it.. Property cost $75000 . I need a idea, Since I live in Jersey City , I know the market ,, Is always busy and can rent easily.. I'm wondering how much population is there and possible to rent it ..
