Where to Find Multifamily Homes Online
Hello!
I am new to the world of investing, and have been reading up on rental properties. I am interested in investing in a multifamily property, preferably with 5+units, in the space coast area. I am wondering where I should be looking for these properties. I am using Zillow right now an having little luck. Are there other forums for investors to buy bigger multifamily buildings? Or does this require access to the MLS?
Any advice to help me continue on my journey would be greatly appreciated :)
