Anyone know how to write up a rental agreement for a roommate?

Hello,

I think I found myself in a bit of a situation. I bought a house about a year ago and I live in it. I don't have enough funds to buy a second house or to move out. I am considering getting roommates to live in the other two bedrooms. Does anyone have any advice on how to make this work?

You just use a regular lease,, list it by the room by number,, one person per room, one person per lease, if your renting by the room. Put a number on the room door.. so if you need to evict the sheriff can post on that door. Put electronic locks on entry door to house, and each bedroom door. you can easily change the door codes when someone vacates.. Designate spot for parking, I'd include all utilities and put rent amount to cover that..internet cable you'd have to figure out what's there now..

Reserve cabinet in kitchen for each room and set a schedule for clean up.. rotate chore chart, like week 1 ,,room one does bathrooms, room 2 does all vacuuming, room 3 all trash out to curb, room 4 mowing and rotate..

Deposit on the room, take photos before move in, and only rent month to month.. if someone doesn't work out your not stuck with them FOREVER
