Rental house without water for six days
Hey, the water line failed this week on one of my rentals. It has to be "bored" in and won't be functional until Tuesday. I offered a hotel, but the tenants opted to stay. I've delivered water to drink, cook, flush etc. I wanted to offer some meals out. Any rules or precedents you can help me with would be greatly appreciated.
