Loitering around property...What can be done?

How do you all deal with loitering? There is a foreclosed home for sale next door to my rental property (Houses are very close). Every once in a while I ride by and see people standing around on the sidewalk, sitting on cars, etc. I also see people enter/exit the shed of the foreclosed home. (not the same people I see standing around). I suspect they will run off potential renters as there are many of them at times, and they can get pretty loud. The neighborhood is a D+/C- I would say. I never see people on the surrounding streets. Just this particular block.

Has anyone ever dealt with this before? It's not on my property but right next to it ( to the point that it made it difficult to get out of my driveway because there was a car with about 10 people surrounding it.

@Tiffany S. Call the cops. Say there are suspicious people hanging out in the property next door, and you know the home is owned by the bank, and it's for sale. They are causing a disruption, and may be drug dealing out of the house/shed. The cops will show up, and they will all leave. They will leave temporarily. Then come back a few days later if not the next day. You then call them again. This may happen 2 or 3 times. Eventually, they person who is the reason they are all there, will say it's too HOT to sit at that location. They will move on instead of trying to deal with the cops all the time.
