Question Regarding Apartment Rental
My friend & I are moving to LA in January and we are first time renters. We are wondering if there is any way we could "reserve" (I am sure that is not the correct word) an apartment before then. We want to begin calling places we have found and are interested in but we are wondering if it is too early to do that & if people will think we are crazy.
