I have a tenant that paid half of January and has not anything since. I have judgement for January and February rent and I have filed for eviction via court assistance website. I need to know what are my options to get rid of this none paying hold over tenant. Her lease expired in February. Please include details of eviction procedure

I also need a good property manager in Baltimore, any recommendation.
