How is your experience with laminate flooring in rental units?

  • Tenant make scratches on laminate?
  • Scratches are repairable or need to do flooring again?

Do you recommend laminate on second floor also?

I have Lam flooring in a few of my units. damage will happen and its cost of business but remember security deposits cover that. 

I find most of mine at Menards or local flooring shops for the ruminate section for smaller areas.
