POTENTIAL RENTAL PURCHASE IN THE WORKS. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT?

Hello BP team!

I have put in a few offers for my first rental property in the Spring TX area. Fingers crossed the most recent offer goes through! If i do get it, I want to have a property management company lined up. I have run the numbers multiple times and the property will cash flow even with management. Can anyone give me some suggestions on a company that they have worked with? There are multiple in this area to choose from but I want one that has good references. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Courtney Downtain   Hi Courtney!

It will help you to know there are many forums available on a wide variety of subjects. You posted in the Renter's Discussion forum, which isn't the best fit. Many people erroneously post in the Renter's Discussion forum.

Renter's Discussion: "This is the forum for renters who are looking for advice in dealing with their landlord. Ask questions about dealing with landlords, leases, tenant rights and other important issues."

Under the Community Tab you will find Forum Categories and you can check them out to find the best forum for your questions.

Also since you are looking for a referral specific to Spring, TX put that in your title too. Someone who has the answer will be better able to see your question if you do so. For example.... "Need a great PM for Spring, TX, any suggestions?"

Good luck!
