My parents want to rent a house, but they do not have a social security number to provide to the landlord, but they do have their paystubs, they have been working for a long time, and my parents make 3x more than the rent. Is there anything we can do? Also, i turn 18 in a month, would i be able to use my social security to apply for the house even if i havent started to make credit? And would I be able to put my dad as a cosigner without a social security number?

We've rented to a family with no SSN, but required an extra month deposit and a co-signer.  The issue with no SSN, other than making it more difficult to verify the application, is the increased flight risk.  Figure out ways to mitigate that risk, and look for private landlords.  If you have a co-signer who has credit and owns property that would be the best bet.
