What is a good closing ratio?
Trying to get a sense of what a 'good' closing ratio is on advertising leads / walk-ins / etc. to lease signings. I am a little concerned with one of my properties as the closing rate (yes, we track it all) is only about 20%, which seems low to me. Anyone have any input or thoughts on what a good ratio may be?
