Need baltimore city attorney for civil action against City
Im looking for an attorney to represent me as plaintiff against baltimore housing/city. All the work/research/documentation is organized and completed. Because the amount exceeds 5k, no longer a small claim and llc requires representation.
Work required: draw demand letter and mail it. Listen to correspondence from defendant if any. File suit, if no settlement. Show up to court.
Compensation i offer: 1. Attorneys fees sought as a part of claim 2. A Percentage of the recovery 3. All court costs filing fees paid by me. 4. Minimum payment regardless of recovery.
Claim amounts to around 10k before lawyer fees/court costs.
