At what point would you self manage?
I have a full time job and right at 60 units. The units consist of a 48 unit apartment complex, 2 duplexes, and a hand full of SFR's. I am currently using a manager that charges 8% across the board. It's costing me about $2000 a month.
I am struggling with trying to decide at what point I want to hire someone and manage it all in house.
