property management question

Screening company, RHR, came back with the applicant's report and there is no rental history.  I looked at the application submitted and the landlord's name does not match the owner's county records.  Would this be an immediate disqualification?  Also, RHR report shows 4 third party collections found, could this disqualify?  Again this is my first rental income producing property.
