lease renewal process
Is that time of the year to start the discussion of lease renewal with my tenant. I will like to hear from you guy how you go about it. Thank you.

Send a letter or e-mail with a copy of the new lease for them to review and ask for a meeting to discuss and sign. Be friendly and thankful for their tenancy, no need to explain why you might be increasing rent.
