Appliance Warehouse Deals

Hi BP Community,

Local area ATL investor here and I'm currently in the market for major appliances; refrigerators, dishwashers etc., but also not looking to buy off the shelf from the local big box stores. My thought is to avoid their markup prices and go for possible warehouse deals.

I'm not looking for old worn out appliances, but I am looking for those that might have a ding or two, maybe scratches that can't be sold at full price. I'd also take those appliances that are lightly used.

I am replacing multiple appliances in several units at this one time, so any help is appreciated!

Thanks
