New tenant breaking lease claiming mold.

I recently rented a townhouse and the tenant immediately started complaining of mold and the air quality. I was out there the next day with an inspector to identify the problem areas and provide a remediation plan. The inspection resulted in no mold and the air quality lab results came back normal. The tenant still insists on a mold infestation since I will not provide her the entire report. She intends to use her deposit as her current months rent and will be moving out after the month end. The lease states a 60 notice is required as well as a termination fee is required. It also states the deposit can not be used to pay any rent or fees. I have informed her that we accept this as the 60 day notice and still expect aug and sept rent as well as the termination fee. Does any one have any thoughts on this issue? I think I have covered myself pretty good, but would like to hear from some others with more experience.
