Anyone used thumbtack?

Has anyone used thumbtack to find contractors ? So far, I have successfully found landscaping companies to mow the lawn at 2 different properties.

I have agreed to hire the contractors, but they have not started yet. I have used yelp and homeadvisor as well.

It looks like they have a "thumbtack" guarantee that has $1 million insurance against property damage? Plus they have feedback from other users as well.

Just curious if anyone here has anything good or bad to say about their matching services?

While property managing this summer I found our window repair guy who was able to do 4 different projects for us in about 2 weeks. The landlord almost ruined the relationship by not paying on time but I was definitely pleased with his work, responsiveness, and ability to get to the properties virtually the next day. I would definitely recommend using thumbtack as long as you know the right questions you're asking of the contractors and have a basic idea of what's reasonable for your price and area
