Online way to do rental applications, leases, move-in paperwork?

So, I am working for a group of property investors doing some property-management-type duties, and I am very new to this. However, I was hired in order to streamline communication and hopefully help make the process of getting properties turned over and rented a little quicker and more streamlined. I am looking to find a way to do ALL the paperwork online for the rentals I manage--any suggestions? Any help and suggestions VERY much appreciated!

Hi Jessica!

Online is the way to go! People are very busy and in their free time nowadays only searching online to find their rentals. The days of calling and driving around to look for a new place are over. Make sure to take advantage of marketing syndication features with whatever site you choose. This will allow you to quickly post your property and have it sent to tons of listing sites instantly. The more places you can list the better, especially if you can save time by only having to fill out the information about your site once!

I've also come to find that most people prefer an online application over paper ones that can be lost or stolen with personal information on them. It is much easier on interested tenants to fill out their application in the comfort of their own home. Also, DO NOT FORGET SCREENING. Make sure you always use a site that has the online application and screening capabilities in one tool. The only thing worse than vacancy is renting to horrible tenants.

I will go ahead and direct message you.
