Hey guys, so glad I found bigger pockets! I've learnt so much in a short time. A little about my self, I'm Australian but am based in the US for work. I'm all over, im currently in San Diego but am between Florida and NY. I've spent a fair bit of time in Fort Lauderdale Florida and would like to invest there. can I invest in US under the same terms given I'm not a resident ??

I'm no expert but my understanding is that you can buy property, you'll just need to find lenders who are okay with lending to you!
