Renter with flea problem
I have a tenant that is the only one in the apartment complex with pets. Her neighbors are complaining about fleas in their apartment. How can I handle this lady. She denies its her and already has too many pets in her apartment already. That has been an ongoing battle. Do I give her a lease violation letter to start with and charge her for the fumigation we will have to do?
