So for all of you remote landlords out there, I'm looking to buy in another city soon, but I'm wondering how you guys accept payment. Do you have them mail the check to a PO Box where you live or is there some kind of forwarding that can be done where they mail it locally and then it gets sent to my real address? Or do you just require online payments? Just going through anything I can think of before I attempt to buy/manage out of state.
