Foreclosure 4plex w/ squatters w/ no leases & are not paying rent
Hey BiggerPockets,
I just purchased my first property at the Pinal County Courthouse which happens to be a fourplex. Out of the four units, two units are vacant and two units are occupied. For the two units that are occupied they have no leases and they have not been paying since April 2017 according to them. These units also happen to be infested with bed bugs.
The property is located in Apache Junction, Arizona. I'm not familiar with the landlord tenant laws here & how to evict. So if anybody has any advice or guidance it would be greatly appreciated.
