How to collect rent from tenants! What mediums do you use?

I have tried multiple ways to collect rent from our tenants: mailbox money, deposit (which worked pretty good aside from bank fees), and the most recent Cozy which has been fantastic.  The problem we have run into with some of the tenants is they pay by debit card and in the current Cozy app, there are fees associated with this vs none when a bank acct is used.  So someone had told me about Cash.me as a way to transfer for fee back and forth.  What would be foreseeable down falls to this?  What other suggestions might you have?
