Hey Everyone -

I was able to close on a duplex in Minneapolis this past weekend. I went in on it with one of my college roommates and we are currently house hacking. We know we need to put together a partnership agreement. Does anyone have any examples of an agreement they've used or topics that should be included that were overlooked in your first agreement?
