Looking at a property in York, PA. Any landlords in York have any feedback on areas to stay away from. Rent rates for 4-1.5 bth? Is it similar to Harrisburg PA? Thanks

Honestly I haven’t research much of the area but I need to! It’s only 45 mins from where I live so it’s close enough and at 20-30k price range with 800-950 rents the numbers seem to work. I have a couple properties in Harrisburg and they are performing well.
