Where can I find property owners who want to sublet while vacant?

I'm part of a homebuyer program and don't want to be tied down to a 1 year lease. However, I can't stay where I am.  Where can I find property owners who want to sublet their place for the winter? I can do some cleaning and property management. I prefer Brooklyn - Canarsie, Flatlands, Flatbush, but open. I can stay as little as needed ,1-6 months.  Multifamily with owner not there, but wants maybe airbnb downstairs managed ideal. Open to ideas.
