Just learning to evaluate SFH properties to buy then rent out. How does one find out the class type of the property? I wonder if there is some info online?

Normally the struggle is between B and C.  D is clear, it is war zone areas where you would never want to go after dark.  A is clear, it is high end professional.  B is working class, traditional neighborhoods with stable occupants.  C is less stable, a lot of government assistance or less stable employment, people home all day, some crime (uncomfortable to spend time) but not super scary.  I wouldn't worry about it too much.  It is good to understand and decide where on the spectrum you want to operate, but it won't influence your analysis very much.
