Should we form LLC or no? First rental property

We(wife & I) are about to rent out our first property. I know there have been recent changes with the tax reform, so my question is whether I should go ahead and form an LLC, some other type of business entity, or keep everything in my name? My goal is to minimize my tax burden on this property. We plan on doing 1-2 deals a year until we really build up capital. Most likely we will be doing some sort of house hacking, but it may just be a regular BRRRR. What are the pros/cons of an LLC and how has it changed since the recent tax reform bill?
